Hello my dears! I’m currently on holiday in Mallorca, but before I came down here, I had a chance to try the first figs, local apples and pears, cranberries, pumpkin, and other wonderful fruits and vegetables of the season! And I’m already looking forward to cooking again when I get home. :-)

PUMPKIN RECIPES

Pumpkin is one of my favorite local superfoods! It can be used in both savory and sweet recipes, and is super versatile overall.

BEETROOT RECIPES

Some people don’t go for beetroot, but I personally love its earthy flavor! ! ;-) Since beetroot from glass jars contain added sugar, it’s good to learn out to make them yourself – and they also taste much better. Unfortunately, beetroot can take a long time to cook, which is why I usually use a pressure cooker.

PEAR RECIPES

Pears can also go sweet (like cake) or savory (like salads with nuts and cheeses). I also love pears for breakfast (all my breakfast recipes can be found here).
