In a recent post about my Clean Eating Workshop – which I held for Kneipp, a body products brand, in the tiny Austrian alpine town of Kitzbühel – I promised you all the recipe for the Cranberry Vanilla Energy Balls. Here it is! 

Cranberry Vanilla Energy Balls

ZUTATEN:
  • 250 g dates dried and pitted
  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g Cranberries* sweetened with pineapple or apple juice
  • 1 tsp ground vanilla* or 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
ANLEITUNG:
  1. Process all ingredients into a paste in a high-speed blender.
  2. Use your hands to form 10–15 energy balls.

I always make sure to use dried cranberries that are sweetened with apple juice or pineapple juice (instead of “normal” sugar) – you’ll find them at Alnatura, among other shops.
