Since my most recent Clean Eating snack recipe, Roasted Chickpeas, was such a big hit with you guys, I’ve decided to post another snack recipe today! I’m always getting requests for delicious, healthy, compliant snacks in the context of Project: Sugar-Free. But whether you’re looking for snack alternatives during Lent or just getting started with Clean Eating, this Edamame and Sea Salt recipe will satisfy your cravings – I promise!

Clean Eating Snack Edamame mit Meersalz

Edamame are soybean pods that can be found in almost every Asian supermarket. I simply bought a large bag of peeled, frozen edamame, but you can also find them whole. (I’ve never been able to find them fresh here in Germany – only frozen.)

ZUTATEN:
  • 200 g Edamame TK
  • 2 TL Salz*
ANLEITUNG:
  1. Reichlich Wasser zum Kochen bringen. 1 TL Salz hineingeben.
  2. Die Edamame in das kochende Wasser geben und 6-8 Minuten garen.
  3. Das Wasser abgießen und die Edamame mit einem weiteren TL Salz bestreuen.
