When I shared my Basic Recipe for Overnight Oats a few months ago, I never expected it to remain the most popular post on the blog for four months straight! Since then, you’ve all been asking for more recipes for this quick, delicious, and healthy breakfast, so I’m excited to share four summer Overnight Oats recipes with you today.

Overnight Oats are super simple to make: though I never actually measure it, I use about 40–60 g of oats and 120–180 ml of liquid per serving. Just try to imagine how hungry you’ll be in the morning and make that much. :-) Mix all ingredients, add them to a glass or storage container, and let it all sit in the fridge overnight. Depending on my mood and how much time I have, I may add fresh fruit in the morning, too. Enjoy!
